Wedlake offers a full line of generator enclosures, ranging from simple weather enclosures to high-spec acoustical enclosures. Our salespeople will read and interpret your written specifications and offer an enclosure to meet your requirements. Unless specified all exterior panels of enclosures are constructed from Galvaneal material for corrosion resistance and a standard wind load rating of 100mph. We also offer aluminum and stainless steel materials upon request.

Weather Enclosures:
Wedlake’s weather enclosures are designed to allow proper air flow to the engine and weather resistance. We also include certain standard features, including:
- 14ga galvaneal construction
- Roof bracing to allow for roof mounted silencers
- Rain drip rails on all 4 sides of enclosure and above doors on enclosures over 96” tall
- 4 removable lifting eyes rated for the enclosure only
- Convenient radiator access door
- Walk in door at control end and double doors on each side of the engine
- Key and pad lockable folding T-handles
- Fixed air intake and discharge louvers complete with bird screens
- Textured PPG Amercoat 450H acrylic aliphatic polyurethane finish
- Standard generator manufacturers’ colors or customer’s choice

Acoustical Enclosures:
Wedlake’s acoustical enclosures have many of the same quality features as our weather enclosures, but also include the necessary acoustical treatment to meet your specification. Some of the standard features you will find on our acoustical enclosures will include:
- 14ga galvaneal construction
- Roof bracing to allow for roof mounted silencers
- Rain drip rails on all 4 sides of enclosure and above doors on enclosures over 96” tall
- 4 removable lifting eyes rated for the enclosure only
- Convenient radiator access door
- All doors equipped with pad lockable freezer type latches with inside panic release
- Fixed air intake and discharge louvers complete with bird screens
- All wool insulation is wrapped in 2mil thick Visquene, and interior of enclosure lined with 22ga perforated sheet. All doors and the heat effected areas of the interior roof will be covered with 22ga galvanized sheets
- Textured PPG Amercoat 450H acrylic aliphatic polyurethane exterior finish
- Standard generator manufacturers colors or customer’s choice
